This used to be the best campground in Myrtle Beach. I don't know what happened to them! This is the "bad" part of the beach! The bath houses were filthy and always had teenagers smoking in them! The WI-FI internet never worked, and they do not give refunds! People shoot fireworks from their campsite as they drink and smoke in the middle of the night! Loose dogs walk around the campground at all times. The food sold at the store is overpriced and expired. The lifeguards at the swimming pool and lazy river are meaner than Hugo Chavez! Weird men walk around the campground at night staring at teenage girls. I'm glad that I brought my gun!

Great place to stay for the month! The office staff is very friendly and the campground is beautiful! The view from our site was breathtaking. The campground is located 1.5 miles from the beach and has many restaurants nearby! We love staying at this place!

This was our first experience at Myakka River State Park and it will be our last. The campsites are very dirty and are extremely close together. We heard our neighbors snoring. The people who camp in this park are very rude. They are not your typical friendly campers. The showers and bathrooms do not get cleaned until 1:00. A morning shower will require you to shower in the dirt and filth from the night before. We will never come back!

What a dump! The smell of fish can be smelled all over the campground! The campsites along the water are so small that our tent trailer barely fit on them! If you have a large RV, find another place to stay. The seasonal residents who are there are very unfriendly. They do not even wave to you when you walk by them. $55 dollars per night is a rip off! They do not allow campfires. It is against Lee county law! We will never come back to this place!

This is one of the best campgrounds in Florida! They have very large level campsites, beautiful views of the lake, and friendly people. The restrooms and showers are very modern and clean. My wife and I have made this campground one that we will visit frequently!

This is the finest campground that we have ever stayed at. My family and I have been coming here for 20 years. The bathrooms and showers do not rival campgrounds, they rival expensive hotels! They have a gorgeous pool and a lazy river. The staff is very friendly and this place has an awesome atmosphere! We will come her for another 20 years!
